Using the Google Play edition
In the original collection, The Pebble Bench and Window Train are free, and one Google Play purchase unlocks the other eight. Open Grown-ups near the top of the story list for purchases, Restore purchases, still-picture settings and support/privacy links. Use the Google Play account that made the purchase to restore while connected. Apple purchases and Apple Family Sharing do not transfer to Android.
The story artwork and animations are bundled. After a purchase has been verified on the device, unlocked stories remain available offline. Android’s animation setting or Still pictures by default stops automatic playback; Watch again starts a scene when you choose. Finish story offers the ending early. TalkBack can read the scene descriptions.
Share a story
Choose a story, read its words aloud, then let your child help choose what happens. There are three choices. The play or replay button sits on the illustration. Finish story takes you to the ending whenever you need it. Each story ends with an optional idea to try together away from the phone.
The original collection: two free stories
The Pebble Bench and Window Train are always free. Pip’s Story Collection is one non-consumable purchase for the other eight stories, with unlimited replay. Apple Family Sharing is available for eligible Apple purchases. There is no subscription. Other collections are not included.
Pip’s Little Halloween
Pip’s Pumpkin Smile is free on iPhone and Android. A separate one-time Halloween collection unlocks The Little Costume and Who Made That Rustle?, with unlimited replay. The original Story Collection and Halloween collection are sold separately. Each store shows its local price before purchase, and purchases do not transfer between stores.
Restore your collection on Apple devices
After reinstalling, Apple may recover your purchase automatically. If stories remain locked, connect to the internet, open For grown-ups, pass the written-number check and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, or eligible Family Sharing. You do not need a Teenyloop account.
If Apple reports an error, try again when your connection is available. Don’t buy the collection again simply to troubleshoot. Contact support with the message shown. Apple manages billing and refunds through Report a Problem.
Play offline
All story artwork and animations are bundled in the app. The free stories work offline. Once Apple has verified your collection purchase on the device, those stories can be played offline too. Installing the app, buying or restoring may require a connection.
Sound and movement
Teenyloop is intentionally silent: there is no narration or music. Read the words aloud together. With Reduce Motion enabled in iPhone settings, the scene stays still until you tap Play animation. Replay repeats the current scene without changing your choices.
Reading and accessibility
The app follows your preferred text size and provides text descriptions of scenes for VoiceOver. On larger text settings the story picker uses one column. The parent-code Continue button stays above the keyboard.
Apple Family Sharing
Eligible Apple family members can share Pip’s Story Collection through Apple’s Family Sharing and Purchase Sharing settings. Open the grown-up area and restore if access hasn’t appeared. Apple’s account and family eligibility rules apply.
